The predicted salary is between 25000 - 27000 £ per year.

As a Sales Progressor, you will be responsible for liaising and updating all parties in the sales chain on the progress of their sale. You will manage the process from sale agreed through to exchange and completion of contracts whilst fostering relationships through smooth communication with all stakeholders to ensure that we continue fuelling our success within residential sales.

You will:

  • Provide vendors with expert advice to ensure successful sales whilst coordinating timelines and resolving issues.
  • Ensure smooth communication and regular updates throughout the sales process.
  • Work towards sales targets and achieve high success rates in closing deals, ensuring the success of London’s most recognisable Estate Agency brand.

About You

It takes a special kind of mindset and an insatiable hunger to succeed as a Foxtons Sales Progressor. You’ll pick up key life skills as you focus on building relationships and helping our clients navigate the process of their property sale. To provide the best service to our customers, clients and vendors, you will need to have high attention to detail, organisational skills and extensive written and spoken communication skills. Previous experience within a sales progressor role or residential sales is crucial.
