We are committed to delivering exceptional customer service while optimizing asset utilization to drive efficiency and sustainability. You will lead and coordinate the Customer Service and Asset teams to ensure seamless customer interactions, proactive support, and a superior customer experience. Your role is pivotal in enhancing customer satisfaction, resolving issues efficiently, and driving service excellence.

Beyond operational execution, you will focus on creating tangible value for our customers by ensuring efficient asset management, data-driven insights, and continuous service improvements. You will proactively identify opportunities to optimize supply chain performance, reduce inefficiencies, and support customers in maximizing the benefits of Tosca’s solutions.

Your expertise in customer engagement, asset protection, and process optimization will not only safeguard Tosca’s assets but also strengthen customer relationships, fostering long-term partnerships and a competitive advantage for both Tosca and its clients.

Responsibilities
  • You lead and coach the team, ensuring a positive team environment.
  • You take care of the day-to-day communication and relationship management with Customers.
  • You support the team with customer onboarding, providing an excellent after-sales experience resulting in a long-term relationship with our customers.
  • You manage the customer forecasting in conjunction with sales, and liaise with the Operations Team.
  • You follow-up on month-end closing, making sure all asset movements are closed before invoicing.
  • You manage accurate input and maintenance of Customer Master Data.
  • You coordinate and follow-up on the audit planning at our suppliers, Recycling Service Units and conditioning services.
  • You attend customer meetings, onsite or remotely.
  • You actively promote and manage continuous improvement within your team in cooperation with other departments.
  • You develop and follow-up on departmental objectives in line with the company strategy.
Skills
  • You are an experienced people manager and team player with strong communication skills.
  • You are customer oriented, with an excellent problem-solving mindset and strong analytical skills.
  • You are able to work proactively and independently.
  • You know your way around MS Office.
  • Training-on-the job will be provided for our internal software.
  • You are fluent, both written and spoken in English.
  • You live in the vicinity of Dudley and are open to occasional travel.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through relevant experience.
  • Proven track record in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of pooling is considered an advantage.
