Transport Planner/Installations Coordinator (Leicester, LE19) ~ Permanent ~ Monday to Friday ~ Immediate Start, Location: Leicester, Leicestershire. Transport Planner/Installations Coordinator Salary: £25,000 – £29,000 Dependant on Experience Transport Planner/Installations Coordinator Job role: • Dialogue with clients – via telephone and email • Scheduling & planning installers work • Dialogue with couriers • Dialogue with Installers • Checking purchase invoices • Preparing RAMS (Risk Assessment Method Statements) • Compiling job packs – both paper form and digital form • Ordering sundry & uniform supplies Transport Planner/Installations Coordinator Shift pattern: • Monday to Friday • 08:00 – 16:30 What we are looking for: • Must have strong computer skills (Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel etc.) • Proven customer service experience. • Ability to look at the planning of a project with cost saving, productivity and scheduling in mind. • Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects and activities to ensure that all delivery metrics are met. • Must have excellent communication skills; comfortable using the phone, email, WhatsApp and other platforms. • Must work well with others and as an individual DON’T DELAY!
