The Contracts Manager has the responsibility for overseeing and managing all aspects of operations across our SPEN underground contract in North Wales, Oswestry and Dee Valley. The role entails leading a team of professionals to ensure the safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of our services to customers. Overseeing the coordination of all operational activities, implementing strategic initiatives, and maintaining high standards of performance and customer satisfaction. They will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise in power operations, and a commitment to excellence in service delivery.

As a person, we would love it if:
- Knowledge of NEC Contracts
- Extensive knowledge of forecasting, budgets, and financial reporting, including CVRs.
- Management of subcontractors within infrastructure projects.
- Leadership of multi-disciplinary teams in a high-volume contract environment.
- Commercial and operational management of contracts valued at £15m+ per annum.
- Track record of identifying and resolving process and performance gaps.
