We’re proud to once again be recruiting EXCLUSIVELY for our award-winning, tailor-made, niche tour operator customer. This business has an enviable reputation in the industry and an unrivalled reputation both as an employer and as a brand. They are now looking to further grow their team due to their ongoing success by adding a Travel Operations Consultant to their vibrant, friendly, and knowledgeable team.

As a Travel Operations Consultant, you will enjoy numerous benefits, including a competitive salary, bonus, generous annual leave, and a pension scheme, among others.

This is great role for somebody with a passion for travel, either existing or keen to break into travel and whose an extremely thorough administrator. You’ll support clients post-booking by managing travel documentation, arranging visas, booking exclusive experiences and dining, and ensuring every detail is in place for a seamless and memorable journey.

  • Manage visa applications and ensure related costs are accurately added to bookings
  • Arrange bespoke experiences that enhance the customers journey
  • Handle premium dining reservations
  • Monitor confirmed bookings and follow up with clients accordingly
  • Stay informed on visa and entry requirements and respond to related client queries
  • Collect and verify travel documents, including passports, flights, and vaccination records
  • Maintain accurate client records with strong attention to detail
  • Act as a key contact, providing clear updates and communication
  • Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the pre-travel process

Experience Required:

  • Excellent administrator
  • Strong eye for detail
  • Experience in high-end concierge or luxury travel services
  • Skilled in curating personalised experiences and premium reservations
  • Proficient with CRM systems
  • Highly organised and efficient under pressure
