An exciting Market Agency in London is looking for a Freelance CRM Data Planner to join their team.

Based in London, 3 days in the office until 27th of June initially. Start date: 5th of May 2025. £390 per day (Inside IR35).

The Job:

  • Turning business questions into data-led strategies that improve CRM and campaign performance.
  • Developing audience strategies, defining KPIs, and supporting test-and-learn frameworks.
  • Delivering weekly reporting and performance dashboards to senior stakeholders.
  • Working across CRM, analytics, and data science teams to shape data infrastructure and campaign planning.
  • Using tools like GA4, YouGov, and TGI to uncover insights and optimise targeting.
  • Playing a key role in measuring success and refining loyalty, onboarding, and lifecycle campaigns.

You:

  • 4+ years' experience in a data planning, insights or strategy role (agency or brand side).
  • Comfortable collaborating with media planners, creatives, and strategists.
  • Strong knowledge of data tools and methodologies, including experience with CRM systems.
  • Able to define KPIs, run campaign measurement, and communicate insights clearly.
  • Previous agency experience is essential.
