Orion is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Design Technician to join our clientβs dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a passion for design engineering to work on innovative projects across the built environment sector. You will be involved in the design, development, and technical support of bespoke interior systems and architectural metalwork, contributing to high-profile construction and architectural projects.
Key Responsibilities of the Design Technician:
- Use AutoCAD 2D, Inventor, and Revit to create detailed design drawings and models.
- Attend factory visits and project meetings to understand manufacturing processes and project requirements.
- Conduct site surveys to assess installation conditions and gather design data.
- Collaborate with and support other members of the Design Team.
- Manage personal workload effectively, demonstrating strong time and resource management.
