An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a global organisation at their Dundee site. This business plays a key role in the development and manufacturing of pharmaceutical and animal health products, supporting innovation in the contract development and manufacturing (CDMO) space.
As the HR Business Partner, you will work closely with the local senior leadership team to provide strategic and operational HR support. This is a broad, hands-on role that spans the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding through to employee relations, engagement, and talent development. You will act as a trusted advisor to site leaders, helping to shape the people strategy, drive a high-performance culture, and support organisational growth. There is also the opportunity to contribute to global HR initiatives, making this an ideal role for someone looking to combine local impact with international exposure.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with leadership to deliver HR strategy aligned to business objectives
- Manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, development, and offboarding
