We are working with an Elite US law firm on a position within their highly regarded Restructuring team in the London office. You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of high-profile and top-quality restructurings, within a European and US Chambers ranked team.
The team works with a wide range of stakeholders including debtors, creditors, creditor committees, sophisticated distressed investors, private equity sponsors, boards of directors, and insolvency practitioners. Working across Financial Restructuring; debt restructuring; distressed M&A, insolvency litigation, formal procedures and distressed investing. Experience in all of the areas isn’t a necessity.
This position is ideally for an individual who has at least some experience within Financial Restructuring matters. You will receive industry-leading training and partner contact within a highly commended practice, which boasts leading lawyers across the globe. As well as this, you will receive a market-leading salary and bonus.
This Elite US law firm is considered one of the strongest outfits in the Legal Market. Although headquartered in the US, they boast one of the largest London presences of any of the US firms in London.
