The Role - Supply Chain & Purchasing Manager:

This is a hands-on, high-impact position, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing efficient supply chain strategies and purchasing processes that can scale with the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and refine end-to-end supply chain systems and processes
  • Oversee stock control and inventory management across multiple sites
  • Manage supplier relationships and negotiate competitive terms
  • Work closely with operations, finance, and logistics teams to align procurement with business needs
  • Lead demand forecasting and ensure optimum stock levels

  • Highly organised, process-driven and detail-oriented
  • Confident working at both strategic and operational levels
