With a current footprint of over 80 outlets and bold plans to scale to 250 within the next five years, this is a unique opportunity to be part of a transformative journey in both the retail and wholesale food space. This is a hands-on, high-impact position, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing efficient supply chain strategies and purchasing processes that can scale with the business.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and refine end-to-end supply chain systems and processes
- Oversee stock control and inventory management across multiple sites
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate competitive terms
- Work closely with operations, finance, and logistics teams to align procurement with business needs
- Lead demand forecasting and ensure optimum stock levels
- Analyse data using advanced Excel to drive smarter purchasing decisions
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and support margin improvement initiatives
- Support the business through its next phase of expansion and infrastructure development
- Proven experience in a similar supply chain or purchasing management role, ideally within foodservice, retail, or wholesale
- Exceptional Excel skills - pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, forecasting models etc.
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- Highly organised, process-driven and detail-oriented
- Confident working at both strategic and operational levels
