What You’ll Be Doing:
- Drive Supply Chain Excellence: Set, challenge, and achieve ambitious availability targets across all channels.
- Strategic Stock Management: Optimise stockholding, ensuring efficiency in both depot and stores while maximising cash and minimising waste.
- Supplier & Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and strengthen key relationships internally and externally to enhance performance.
- Operational Efficiency: Lead major space and seasonal changes, improving stock flow and supplier management.
- Team Leadership & Development: Identify, nurture, and develop talent while driving a high-performance culture.
- Budget & Performance Management: Ensure compliance with budgets, particularly for stock, waste, and 3PL performance.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Head of Category (Supply Chain) or in a senior Supply Chain role, ideally within retail, FMCG, or a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Ability to drive change, optimise processes, and work collaboratively across departments.
- Commercial mindset with experience in supplier management and budget control.
