We’re expanding our London team and looking for a talented Associate Civil Engineer to take the lead on exciting, high-value Data Centre projects in the UK and internationally.

Your Role: As an Associate Civil Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the civil design process on complex, fast-paced projects. You’ll work closely with multidisciplinary teams and global clients, delivering engineering excellence from concept through to detailed design and construction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the civil design process, from feasibility to construction support
  • Manage project delivery, ensuring scope, budget and timelines are met
  • Support and guide engineers, technicians and junior staff
  • Collaborate with internal and external design teams
  • Engage with clients, manage relationships and represent the business
  • Contribute to team development, bids, and resource planning

What You Bring:

  • A degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred)
  • Chartered or Incorporated Engineer status (IEng/CEng)
  • Strong design background, ideally in Data Centre or similar infrastructure projects
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D and Infodrainage
  • Solid understanding of CDM Regulations and design responsibilities
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills
