Job Description About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. This role will be pivotal in supporting the Head of Business Operations, CRO, and Chair of the Operations Management Board (OMB) in managing the day-to-day operations of the company. Key Responsibilities: Operational Performance: Provide operational support and assistance to senior management. Contribute to the development and delivery of the Operational Strategy. Maintain and update company policies and procedures. Support the Operations Management Board. Facilitate collaboration between teams and functions. Operational Resilience: Track, monitor, and report on operational resilience performance. Maintain up-to-date operational resilience documentation.
