About the role:
We’re in search of a Creative Strategist to join our growing UK team. This role sits at the heart of our creative process - connecting cultural insight with commercial thinking to develop bold campaign strategies and creative territories that never do normal. You’ll work closely with the creative, campaigns, and partnerships teams to translate briefs into pitch-winning ideas, develop content frameworks, and guide execution across influencer, content and experiential work. This role reports into the managing director and will also collaborate with offices in LA and Sydney to support global initiatives.
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years of experience in a creative strategy, planning or concepting role - preferably within a social or creative agency.
- A deep understanding of culture, platforms, and people - you instinctively know what’s next and what resonates.
- Proven experience turning client briefs into compelling creative territories, decks, and content frameworks.
- Strong storytelling, deck-building, and copywriting skills.
- Confidence in working cross-functionally with campaign managers, designers, and business development team.
- Strategic rigour paired with creative flair - you love an insight, but also know how to make it translate.
- Comfortable presenting to clients and contributing to pitch work.
