We are looking for a business-minded / entrepreneurial based sales leader who knows how to lead and inspire a team for our Glasgow office. You must have experience in leading a sales team of 10+ sales consultants to a multi 6/7 figure revenue each month with consistent delivery.

We are the UK’s fastest growing property investment company & are looking for an experienced business partner to join & grow the Glasgow office in order to help take the business to new heights. We are looking for a highly driven & experienced tele-sales manager who can make a significant impact and lead our sales team to success.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the delivery of 8 Sales Consultants
  • Call Monitoring: Review sales agents' calls to ensure high quality and effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement and boosting sales performance on a daily basis.
  • Daily Morning Meetings: Lead energising morning meetings to inspire the team, prep for a successful sales day, and spotlight immediate improvement areas from the day before.
  • Managerial Meetings: Analyse sales performance and deliver regular reports to senior management, highlighting key insights.
  • Foster a Results-Driven Environment: Hold the team accountable for their performance, such as maintaining a minimum of 2 hours of talk time on the phone daily.
Skills:
  • A minimum of 4 years of tele-sales management experience
  • Having a track record of growing a business
  • Proven experience in managing a high-performing sales team
  • Have a natural ability to build rapport with other people
Desired Skills:
  • Experience or knowledge in direct telesales companies
  • Knowledge of how the property industry works
