Hays are seeking experienced Job Evaluators on an interim basis as part of an ongoing programme of work. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of our job evaluation processes, ensuring fairness and consistency across the council. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive job evaluations in line with council policies and procedures. Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyse job information.
