We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Powder Coater to join our established production team of around 12 powder coaters working on 3 different lines. This is a great opportunity to be part of a busy, well-organised powder coating operation where quality and teamwork go hand in hand.
Key Responsibilities:- Apply powder coatings to metal components using electrostatic spray equipment.
- Prepare parts for coating, including cleaning, masking, and hanging.
- Inspect coated items to ensure consistent finish quality and durability.
- Operate curing ovens and ensure parts are finished to specification.
- Work collaboratively with your team to meet daily production targets.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Experience in powder coating or industrial painting is required.
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work well within a team and follow standard procedures.
- Comfortable with physical work and use of PPE.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
