We are seeking a dynamic Head of E-commerce Operations/ Operations Director to lead ecommerce strategy, drive operational efficiency, and enhance customer experiences within the supply chain. This is an exciting position to really help drive the various teams within the business and increase online sales.
The role will be to improve performance and help project manage ecommerce channels such as new Marketplaces. You will oversee order fulfilment, supply chain logistics, website performance, and marketplace expansion, ensuring smooth operations and business growth within a predominantly B2C retail business.
The business has a number of websites to manage, which are Shopify based, with a great brand and product line. A completely different retail area can also be highly considered so new ideas can be brought into the company.
