Key Responsibilities
- Drive learning and development initiatives to support team growth and career progression.
- Lead performance reviews, engagement strategies, and employee satisfaction surveys to continuously enhance the employee experience.
- Develop and implement reward and recognition programmes that celebrate employee contributions and promote a culture of excellence.
- Partner with the business to manage employee relations (ER) matters effectively.
- Proactively suggest and develop new HR policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and align with the brand’s vision and values.
- Deliver training sessions to line managers on best practices in performance management, ER matters, and employee engagement.
- Oversee all ER matters including absence management, disciplinary processes, grievances, and sickness management.
- Monitor employee wellbeing, gather feedback through surveys, and implement improvements based on insights.
- Lead learning and development initiatives, ensuring continuous professional growth across the business.
Ideal Candidate Skills & Experience
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience implementing HR initiatives, ideally within a high-performing or luxury brand environment.
- Strong expertise in employee relations, learning and development, and performance management.
- Experience designing and implementing employee satisfaction surveys and reward and recognition programmes.
- Proven ability to align HR practices with the vision and values of a premium, customer-centric brand.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels of the organisation.
- A proactive, solution-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation in HR.
