We are looking for a data-driven and execution-focused Growth & Media Marketing Manager to lead performance marketing and platform growth strategies. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for experimentation, performance optimisation, and a sharp eye for media innovation - excluding brand marketing. You will play a key role in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-led decision-making and agile execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive performance and growth marketing initiatives across digital channels (paid social, display, video, etc.)
- Lead platform development and execution, ensuring scalability and optimisation
- Design, run, and evaluate A/B and multivariate tests to improve conversion and user engagement
- Translate performance data into clear documentation, insights, and product reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, analytics, media, etc.) to align growth strategy with product priorities
Top Hard Skills:
- Deep understanding of A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
- Strong grasp of performance media platforms and tools
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Looker, SQL, Google Analytics, or similar)
