Operations Manager Location: Manchester Start Date: ASAP Duration: Temp to Perm Rate: £350 per shift Our client, a well-established SME contractor, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day delivery across a broad range of commercial and compliance-based projects. The company specialises in commercial fit-outs, passive fire protection works (FIRAS), electrical installations, and social housing refurbishments. This is a senior, hands-on position reporting directly into a Company Director. You\’ll be responsible for managing operational workload, coordinating multiple sites and subcontractors, and ensuring consistent quality, safety, and compliance across all works.
