Due to our continued growth, we are recruiting a finance and data analyst. We are seeking a Finance and Data Analyst to join our growing team. Working at the heart of a dynamic professional services business, you will play a critical role in delivering timely, accurate, and insightful financial and operational reporting across the firm. In addition to reporting, you will support a range of finance activities, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and the smooth running of supplier relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance or data professional looking to broaden their experience in a varied, hands-on role. Collate, analyse, and distribute financial and operational reports to key stakeholders across the business. Monitor KPIs, trends, and variances, and provide initial analysis and commentary. Finance operations; maintaining data quality across finance systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness. Perform regular data cleansing activities to enhance reporting accuracy and operational efficiency. AAT, ACCA, CIMA) or qualified by experience. Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, basic formulas essential; Experience using financial systems and reporting tools (experience with [your systems, e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, NetSuite, Power BI] an advantage). Excellent attention to detail, with a natural focus on data accuracy and quality. Good communication skills, capable of explaining financial information clearly to non-finance audiences.
