Territory Manager – Sutures and haemostats Midlands Medical

Salary £45,000 - £55,000 basic, 20%+ uncapped commission

Exciting new Midlands surgical sales role with a growing manufacturer with Italian heritage and uncapped earning potential. The company has a great family and friendly culture, offering Italian manufactured products and has been established for 30 years.

THE ROLE: The successful Territory Manager will be largely responsible for driving new business within NHS and private hospitals in the Midlands area, selling high quality, yet cost-effective sutures and haemostats. Typical decision makers will be surgeons, theatre managers, staff, and procurement. Full product training will be provided, but theatre sales experience is essential.

THE COMPANY: This well-established, continually growing organisation provides competitively priced, quality products. They supply a range of sutures and haemostats for use in wound closure in surgical/theatre environments. Further growth and expansion mean they are currently seeking to recruit a new business focused, commercially aware, strategic, and credible surgical sales professional to manage and further develop their business in the Midlands area (East and West).

THE REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years surgical/theatre sales experience
  • Good understanding of how to sell into a theatre environment
  • Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
