Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and outgoing Bodyshop Manager to oversee our body shop operations, ensuring excellent customer service and site profitability. The role involves motivating and managing the team to deliver quality repairs on time, every time.

Responsibilities

1. Manage all activities at the repair centre through effective supervision of line managers and staff, focusing on profit targets aligned with the business plan.
2. Set and review performance targets with team members, providing regular feedback.
3. Engage with staff across managerial, supervisory, and customer-facing roles, reviewing performance and developing training plans.
4. Monitor and resolve customer complaints promptly and fairly.
5. Ensure compliance with housekeeping and health & safety regulations.
6. Prepare and analyze data and reports, contributing to regional meetings and identifying new business opportunities.
