About the role

We are seeking two Vendor Managers to join our team. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of vendors to ensure services are fit-for-purpose and cost-effective. This role involves driving continuous service improvement and acting as a single point of contact for vendor issues.

Shifts: Monday – Friday (37.5 hours per week)

The must haves:

  • Experience in Commercial Vendor Management.
  • Experience in managing various vendors delivering mixed services.
  • Strong PC skills and proven ability to communicate effectively.
  • Commercial acumen and experience in a customer-focused environment.
  • Experience in Telecoms, Cable, or similar industry is desired.

Key responsibilities: Coordinate and manage a portfolio of vendors in line with business objectives.
