Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the personal tax offering, advising clients on a broad range of personal tax matters including income tax, capital gains tax, inheritance tax, and estate planning.
- Provide strategic, bespoke tax planning advice to high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and family offices, with a particular focus on tax-efficient structuring, trust planning, and estate management.
- Manage a varied portfolio of clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships, and offering exceptional client service.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a talented personal tax team, providing guidance and developing junior staff members to progress in their careers.
- Identify opportunities for business development, driving growth in the personal tax service line.
- Keep abreast of changes in personal tax legislation and developments in tax planning strategies to ensure clients receive the most up-to-date advice.
Who You Are:
- A highly experienced Personal Tax professional with significant expertise in advising high-net-worth individuals, trusts, and family offices.
- ACA, CTA, or equivalent qualified with extensive experience in personal tax advisory and planning.
