Zest are recruiting for a Multi-skilled Engineer to join a leading food company in Grimsby.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on food production equipment.
  • Diagnose and resolve faults to minimise downtime.
  • Carry out planned preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Project work.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations.
  • Identify process improvements and collaborate with production teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance and equipment modifications.

Requirements:

  • A recognised apprenticeship or vocational qualifications in engineering to level 3 standard (electrical preferred).
  • Some supervisory experience.
  • FMCG background. Food/packaging favourable.
  • Right to work in UK.
