Commercial Finance ManagerFull-time | Permanent | Hybrid WorkingAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially minded, qualified accountant to join a dynamic and growing business as a Commercial Finance Manager. This pivotal role will help shape and drive commercial strategy and performance, playing a key part in supporting operational and financial decision-making within a complex care services environment.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial evaluations for tenders and bids, ensuring competitive pricing and margin protection.
• Produce and present analytical reviews of profitability for contracts and client agreements
• Partner with operational teams to resolve commercial queries and improve gross margin performance.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic initiatives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including NHS commissioners and private organisations.

About You:

• A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or a qualified by experience candidate with a relevant background
• Significant experience in a commercial finance role
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and financial modelling skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
