Your Role as Electrical Supervisor:

• Oversee sub-contractor activities, ensuring schedules and manpower targets are met.
• Assign tasks in line with construction schedules and ensure top-tier productivity.
• Coordinate material deliveries and maintain a detailed project photographic diary.
• Lead coordination and handover meetings with teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor attendance, performance, and overall personnel productivity.
• Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with quality codes.
• Provide technical support and guidance to ensure flawless electrical installations.
• Liaise with engineering teams to meet project standards and timelines.

What You\’ll Need to Succeed:

• A trade background or degree qualification with 3–7 years of experience supervising large installation crews and subcontractors.
• A proven track record in managing large-scale electrical installation projects.
• Strong technical expertise in electrical systems.
• The ability to lead and drive results in a dynamic environment.
