Senior Creative Strategist for a D2C Health and Wellness brand in Central London (3 days a week in the office).

Salary: £60k - £75k (dependent upon experience).

MKJ Ignite are delighted to be working with a fast-growing online business, with a strong presence across Amazon, TikTok Shop and D2C. The business has grown substantially over the last year with further growth projects for this year and beyond – both from a revenue and team size perspective. They’re now looking to hire a Senior Creative Strategist to join their growing in-house creative team. The brand creates approximately 350-400 ads each month across Meta and TikTok, with a current spend of around £300k per month, primarily on Meta.

What skills do you need to have to be considered?

  • A minimum of 5 years performance creative experience.
  • Experience working for or with a D2C E-commerce business is important (either in-house or for an agency).
  • Experience of Meta and TikTok ads is essential.
  • Excellent ability to produce high-quality shareable content.
  • A fantastic ability to think outside the box and have crazy/wild ideas from a direct response/performance marketing perspective.
  • An amazing attitude; you need to be super driven, fun, sociable and ambitious.
