3t is currently looking to recruit a Managed Services - Competency Coordinator on a permanent contract located in Aberdeen, UK.

The Role
- Facilitate and administer competency framework.
- Manage all aspects of arranging and maintaining competence requirements of TMS client employees including enrolments, queries, obtaining and issuing accredited certification.
- Efficient Competence Mailbox Administration.
- Candidate Progress Management.
- Compile and distribute Monthly Competence reports to competence team.
- Lead and platform management.
- Compiling monthly MAH Training & Competence figures.
- SQA and OPITO Focal Point Processing.
- SQA and OPITO certification.
- Quarterly Platform Management.
- WebEx Call Participation.
- OPITO Apprentice Technician Focal Point.
- Competency Management Hub: Central Point for All Competence-Related Matters.
- Setting up portfolios within Livelink system (New Starts).
- Quarterly Strategy Meeting Attendance and Participation.
- Monthly Communication of Interdepartmental Changes to Assets.
- Develop Process Maps.
- Collation and Organization of ERT Candidate Evidence and Assessment Records.
- Undertake additional duties as requested by the TMS Team Lead.

Location: 2 days per week working from our Clients site (Kingswells), minimum of 1 day per week working from our 3t office in Dyce and a maximum of 2 days per week working from home.
Pay: £26,727.26-£31,181.81 per year.
