X4 Technology are partnered with a global financial institution offering the opportunity for a Business Analyst to join their Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) function. The role will drive strategic and regulatory change across onboarding, monitoring, servicing and offboarding – enhancing compliance, operational efficiency and data-led decision making. You'll collaborate with senior stakeholders across business, change and technology functions
Responsibilities of the Business Analyst (CLM)
- Lead CLM change initiatives across onboarding, ongoing monitoring, servicing and offboarding
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, compliance and experience
- Develop business cases, define delivery plans and track progress against KPIs
- Collaborate with business, change and IT teams to align priorities
- Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, influence senior stakeholders
- Build dashboards and reports (Excel, Power BI, Tableau) to monitor lifecycle risks and drive data-led insights)
Requirements for the Business Analyst (CLM)
- Proven business analysis and change delivery experience within financial services
- Familiarity with CLM, onboarding or similar regulatory functions
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Comfortable handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
The role is paying £500-525/d on an inside IR35 basis. The initial contract is for 6 months, with significant scope to extend for the right candidate.
