Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Void Surveyor to work with one of our Local Authority clients in Nottingham.
What the job will be doing:
- Carry out inspections of void properties across the Nottingham/Derbyshire area
- Specify repair & refurbishment works
- Ensure voids are costed and managed in the most efficient way, achieving value for money
- Write clear technical specifications and provide specialist surveying advice
What you will need:
- Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS/FRICS) or equivalent qualification (Desirable)
- Proven experience in void surveying, refurbishment, and housing maintenance
- Excellent knowledge of contract management, building regulations, and leaseholder legislation
