Regional Class 1 Driver

Job Title: Class 1 Driver Location: Haydock, St Helens Job Type: Permanent Overview: Unify are thrilled to be recruiting for a Regional HGV class 1 driver to join a prominent company that provides a wide range of services including powered access, telescopic handler rental, machinery sales, contract hire options and specialized training programs. Our client is a leader in equipment hire and is currently undergoing remarkable growth. As a Class 1 Driver you will be delivering machinery as well as collecting, ensuring safety checks are complete and upholding customer service. What do I need? * You must hold a HGV Class 1 Licence * Full CPC * Prior experience transporting Powered Access equipment or Plant machinery * Good understanding of vehicle safety and upkeep * Experience with loading and unloading Responsibilities: * Collection and delivery of hire machinery to and from customer sites * Handover of machinery whilst following company code of practice * Comply with legislation regarding vehicle safety * Daily completion of vehicle checks * Effectively manage own working time * Provide outstanding customer service
