Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for achieving the agreed levels of overall equipment availability and equipment related performance to contribute to an OEE measure. Responsible for delivering cultural change within the Engineering function. Must develop KPI\’s and deliver measurable improvements in the effectiveness of the Engineering team. Responsible for developing an effective Planned Predictive Maintenance (PPM) and Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM) program. Responsible for an effective spares management program to reduce risk and cost to the business. Will lead projects up to £1m within the Engineering team. Responsible for achieving the cost goals required of the department. Effectively manage performance of team members against agreed objectives and Key Performance indicators.Requirements Demonstrated experience of working in a heavy engineering environment.
