About the role

The Role

Our nationwide Plant and Tool division hires equipment including diggers, dumpers, and small power tools to customers across the construction, utilities, and infrastructure sectors.

The role of the HGV Driver involves loading, delivering, and collecting heavy plant equipment to and from customer sites in a timely and professional manner while driving responsibly and safely within the law. On customer sites, there may be a requirement to demonstrate hire equipment, and the driver must ensure all checks and administration are completed accurately.

About You

Successful applicants should demonstrate:

• Significant experience in an HGV driving role involving loading, delivering, and collecting heavy plant equipment
• Class 2 driving licence, Driver CPC with at least 35 hours completed, and a valid Digital Tachograph card
• Recent experience towing trailers
• Understanding of Health & Safety protocols and the ability to follow these guidelines
• Excellent customer service skills and strong attention to detail
