SME Marketing Communications Agency is recruiting for a Group Financial Controller with previous agency experience! Have you previously worked in Group functions, looking to move to a more hands on role where you can manage your team and partner up with the CFO at UK & International level. You will have a strong team that will produce the numbers and you will oversee consolidation, payroll and overheads forecasting. You will also manage P&L analysis and will be able to present your findings and recommendations to the Board. A very forward thinking role for a driven self starter, that will question the status quo and challenge stagnated policies. You will create and drive Group policies, apply best practices. Also in this data driven world you will be on top of all new tech that will help drive the agency’s efficiency. This isn’t just a typical group role where you churn the same number month in month out. You will have the opportunity to set this up from scratch, drive and implement across all entities and grow!
