This role is perfect for someone who’s ready to dive into a fast-paced environment, supporting the UK & EMEA Category and Sales teams. You’ll play a key part in keeping data accurate, dashboards up to date, and projects running smoothly.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing and maintaining EPOS and Category data — making sure everything is accurate, clean, and ready for action
  • Updating segmentation tables for new product launches
  • Keeping dashboards fresh with the latest data to support decision-making
  • Visiting stores regularly to capture promotional activity, new listings, and shelf spacing — seeing products in the real world
  • Supporting the Sales team with new line forms and administrative tasks
  • Jumping in to help the Category team with tasks like gap analysis and new product development (NPD)

What is required:

  • A positive, eager-to-learn attitude
  • A degree (or equivalent experience) — but above all, a willingness to roll up your sleeves and grow
  • Great communication and teamwork skills
  • Curiosity, ambition, and a proactive approach to tackling challenges
  • Strong attention to detail — you’re the kind of person who spots when something’s just a little off
  • Good organisation and a structured approach — you can juggle tasks without dropping the ball
  • Confident communication — you’ll be working closely with both Category and Sales teams
  • A self-starter attitude — you’re proactive and ready to roll up your sleeves
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and Word (Power BI knowledge is a plus, but not essential!)
  • Willingness to travel to stores weekly to capture what’s happening on the ground
