We are working with a growing interior fit-out company based in Hertfordshire, seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to take ownership of kitchen and bathroom installation projects from start to finish. This role requires someone with a strong background in managing multiple projects, particularly in kitchens and bathrooms, who can take the lead in securing work, planning and packaging projects, and ensuring smooth delivery on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of kitchen and bathroom fit-out projects – from client brief and scope through to completion
- Assist in securing new work through estimating, site visits, and client liaison
- Prepare and package projects for internal teams and subcontractors, with clear documentation and timelines
- Coordinate all trades and suppliers on-site, ensuring installations meet design, quality, and safety standards
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors
- Monitor and manage project budgets and schedules, proactively resolving any issues
Requirements:
- Strong experience managing kitchen and/or bathroom fit-out projects
- Skilled in planning, scheduling, and coordinating multiple active jobs
