Cnc Programmer

We\’re hiring a skilled CNC Programmer/Operator to support high-end bespoke furniture production using a Biesse flatbed nesting CNC machine. You’ll translate unique SolidWorks designs into precision-cut components and help maintain smooth, efficient workshop operations. Key Responsibilities * Program and operate Biesse nesting CNC * Create efficient toolpaths from SolidWorks/CAM * Optimise nesting for material usage * Set up tooling, run test jobs, and make adjustments * Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting * Collaborate with design and workshop teams Requirements * Experience with CNC programming & Biesse machines * Skilled in SolidWorks and CAM software * Understanding of G-code and joinery/furniture machining * Confident with various materials: MDF, hardwoods, veneers, melamine * High attention to detail and problem-solving ability Desirable * Experience in bespoke furniture or joinery * Familiarity with curved parts, inlays, or advanced CNC strategies * Woodworking or furniture design background Benefits * Company pension * Free on-site parking * Supportive, creative team environment * Career growth opportunities…
