Commercial Administrator Exeter Permanent Planned & Reactive Maintenance | Small Works Projects We are working with a well-established maintenance and refurbishment contractor who are looking to appoint a Commercial Administrator to join their Exeter-based team. Working across a variety of planned and reactive maintenance, as well as small works projects throughout Devon, this is a great opportunity for someone with experience in a commercial environment within construction or property services. Key Responsibilities: * Support the commercial and operational teams with the administration of ongoing maintenance and small works contracts * Raise purchase orders, process invoices, and maintain accurate cost records * Assist with compiling and submitting quotations, valuations and final accounts * Collate and manage subcontractor and material quotations to support pricing and procurement * Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams * Ensure project records are up to date and compliant with company procedures * Assist with scheduling and logging job completions, variations, and related documentation What We’re Looking For: * Previous experience in a construction, maintenance, or facilities management environment * Strong organisational and administrative skills * Confident working with MS Office, spreadsheets, and reporting tools * Good communication and time management skills * A proactive and detail-focused approach What’s On Offer: * £30,000 salary * Company vehicle for business use * Opportunity to work with a supportive and growing team * Career development and training Opportunities To apply or find out more, contact Jo Lambert at Sphere Solutions (phone number removed) Sphere Solutions is a leading construction recruitment agency, specialising in staffing solutions for the built environment.
