Juice Recruitment is excited to be working in partnership with a thriving architecture firm, with the appointment of Part-Time Office Manager to join their close-knit team in Portishead. The ideal candidate will be available to work Monday to Friday, starting at 8:30am. 25-30 hours per week, of which you can be flexible your finish time. Key Responsibilities: Diary and Email Management: Organise the Director’s schedule, manage emails, and coordinate with the team to ensure deadlines and meetings are met. Meeting Coordination: Arrange meetings, prepare project files, organise virtual sessions, and manage related documentation. Administrative Support: Oversee office procedures, maintain electronic filing systems, and assist with tasks like expense reporting and proofreading documents. Greet visitors, arrange refreshments, and maintain clean and presentable reception, meeting rooms, and kitchen areas. Office Maintenance: Ensure building and equipment maintenance, oversee health and safety compliance, and manage office supplies and groceries.
