Azure Infrastructure Manager (Technical)

Azure Infrastructure Manager (Technical) DGH Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a leading global client based in Birmingham who are looking for an Azure Technical Lead to join the team on a permanent basis. You will provide technical leadership to my clients Azure environment whilst also providing guidance to a team of 3 engineers. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing Azure resources, deploying and configuring cloud infrastructure, automating workflows and processes, and ensuring security and compliance standards. Responsibilities: – Provide Level 3 support across the breadth of Azure services, including but not limited to Azure IAAS, PAAS, Terraform, Containers, Subscription and Tenant management, DevOps, FinOps and Security. – Automate workflows and processes using Logic Apps, Azure Functions, or other tools. – Develop and implement strategic plans for Azure infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and cost-efficiency. This includes designing disaster recovery solutions, automating deployments using Azure DevOps, and optimizing costs through the use of Azure Cost Management tools. – Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
