Marketing Officer Location: Byfleet / Hybrid Salary: £31,751 pro rata Contract Type: Part time permanent circa 20 hours per week Are you a dynamic marketing professional looking for a varied role where your creativity, strategic thinking, and organisational skills will make a real impact? We are seeking a Marketing Officer to join a client to help drive forward their marketing initiatives across the full marketing mix. About the Role As Marketing Officer, you will support both internal colleagues and external stakeholders by delivering a wide range of marketing activities. From managing website content and social media campaigns to supporting product launches and event planning, you’ll play a vital role in promoting the companies’ services and maintaining a consistent, engaging brand presence. Key Responsibilities Marketing Collateral Creation and Management * Develop and manage content across the website and various digital platforms * Monitor and optimise SEO performance and analytics * Create engaging social media content and track campaign success * Design and maintain internal and external marketing materials * Support product launches and promotional campaigns * Assist in planning and executing events Market Research * Conduct competitor analysis and market research * Develop and analyse surveys, providing actionable insights for product development Administrative Support * Manage marketing and regulatory email communications * Maintain branded documents, forms, and templates * Build strong working relationships with suppliers and freelancers * Provide meeting support including scheduling, booking rooms, and note-taking * Support general marketing administration and process improvement About You You’ll be someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, with a hands-on approach and a keen eye for detail. You are likely to have: * Proven experience in a marketing role across multiple channels * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Experience managing websites and digital content (CMS and SEO knowledge desirable) * A creative mindset with an understanding of branding and design principles * Strong organisational and administrative skills * Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools * The ability to work independently and as part of a team Why Apply?
