I am recruiting for a Projects / Contracts Manager to join an ever-growing North West based fit out contractor. My client covers fast track retail fit out projects on a nationwide basis. You will have experience of delivering fast track fit outs and refurbishments. Projects will range in value from £500,000 to £(phone number removed) with an average job value circa £750,000.
You will be expected to control between 2 – 4 sites simultaneously, create your own programmes for site using Microsoft Project and organise your own diary between office and site depending on workload. My client is looking for a driven and passionate individual to join them on a permanent basis and can offer a clear progression and development path. They have a full order book for the next 20 months and are sourcing this individual due to continued growth.
