About the Role: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a warm and welcoming nursery team in the SE15 area. You will play a key role in supporting children's early development, working closely with colleagues and parents to provide the highest standards of care and education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement fun, engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Promote a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for all children
- Observe, assess, and record each child's development and progress
- Build strong, supportive relationships with parents and carers
- Ensure safeguarding and welfare requirements are consistently met
Requirements:
- A full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education
- Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting
- Good understanding of EYFS, safeguarding, and child development
- Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude
- Up-to-date Enhanced DBS (or willing to obtain one)
