Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 + Car Allowance + Package

Specialization: Design & Build Commercial Office Interiors

Location: Sheffield, South Yorkshire

We are working for a Design + Build commercial fit-out contractor.

The company currently has a turnover of £10m with significant growth ambitions. They operate across sectors including commercial, offices, education, and local authorities.

The Role

• Ensure all estimating processes and procedures are followed to deliver accurate submissions following tender settlement.
• Collaborate within the established commercial and operations teams to prepare competitive tender offers.
• Visit sites to verify asset information provided in tender documentation.
• Analyze tender returns received during the tender process.
• Participate in start-up pre-price and price meetings.
• Work across project locations throughout the UK.
• Possess a sound knowledge and understanding of JCT/D&B contracts; experience in running interior fit-out works contracts is preferable.
• Manage multiple contracts concurrently, requiring efficient time management skills.
• Experience with construction contracts is beneficial but not essential.
• Review contracts and amendments, and identify potential risks to the business.
• Maintain a methodical and organized approach to financial management of projects.
• Coordinate internal handovers with sales and operations teams.
• Procure subcontract packages, including Labour, Materials, and Labour-Only packages.
