Are you a senior Conveyancer ready to lead a high-performing team? A well-established and respected law firm is looking for a Head of Conveyancing to lead their busy and successful Residential Property department, based in either Maidstone or Tunbridge Wells. Your Role

You’ll manage and support the department while overseeing a varied and steady caseload, including:

  • Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold homes
  • Shared ownership transactions
  • Help to Buy and Right to Buy matters
  • Lease extensions and leasehold enfranchisement
  • Auction properties
  • New builds and conversions
  • Land Registry applications, including first registrations and adverse possession
  • Boundary disputes and rights of access
  • Removal of restrictive covenants
  • Remortgages and transfers of equity
