Client: My client is a dynamic and well-established M&E contractor, known for delivering high-quality building services across commercial, healthcare, education, industrial, and retail sectors. With a strong pipeline of projects and a collaborative culture, they are now looking to add a capable Mechanical Project Manager to their growing team.

The Role: As Mechanical Project Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for the mechanical delivery of building services projects from pre-construction through to handover. You’ll be working closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure works are completed to spec, on time, and within budget. Hybrid working options are available to provide a flexible, modern working arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the mechanical delivery of M&E projects from start to finish
  • Liaise with design teams, site staff, and the client to ensure smooth delivery
  • Oversee site progress, subcontractors, procurement, and health & safety compliance
  • Ensure all mechanical installations meet quality and programme targets
  • Report regularly on project milestones, risks, and financial performance
