Interim Project Manager - Must have Council experience

Project Manager required to join a council based in Berkshire and they are looking to redesign there customer first approach. this role is paying £500 per day – Inside IR35 and it will be 2 days on site per week. Requirements: Systems Thinking Approach : They\’re explicitly moving away from traditional process- and activity-focused transformation. Candidates must understand and ideally have experience applying systems thinking in service redesign or public sector transformation. Resident-Focused Transformation : The focus is on understanding resident demand , especially high-demand cohorts (e.g. the \’Vital Few\’) and how services can be redesigned around these insights. Data-Driven Redesign : Experience in analysing demand data, mapping workflow processes, complaints analysis, and cost-to-serve analysis will be highly relevant. Proof of Concept Work : Candidates must be able to work iteratively-testing and refining small-scale interventions and scaling successes.
